If you encounter issues with calculator or widget visibility, please follow these steps:
- Calculators: Confirm the Array Embed Site Script is correctly added to the HTML header of your website. Ensure the specific calculator tag is present where you want the calculator to appear. Clear your browser's cache if necessary.
- Widgets: For widget display issues, after confirming the site script is correctly added to the HTML header, check the targeting settings and ensure the widget is set to "Published" rather than "Draft."
What should I do if the calculator is not displaying correctly on my website?
Ensure the container where you plan to embed the calculator is at least 800 pixels wide. If the container is smaller, the calculator may not display correctly.
Why are my calculators loading slowly or inconsistently?
To optimize load times, place the Array Embed Site Script in the <header> of your webpage. This positioning allows the calculator to load quickly and efficiently.
